Privacy Policy

AgentGuru is operated by Công ty TNHH FrontA ("FrontA", "we", "us"). This policy explains how AgentGuru processes information when an organization uses our tenant-scoped AI agent service and connects a Google account.

Information we process

We process account and workspace details, service configuration, agent activity, security and audit logs, and support communications. If you authorize Google Workspace access, AgentGuru may process Gmail messages and metadata, Drive files, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Calendar events, and basic Google account identity, limited to the permissions you approve.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide actions requested by you or an agent you explicitly authorize, such as finding or reading business information, preparing or sending an email, managing a document or spreadsheet, or reviewing and updating calendar events. Access is isolated by customer tenant and by the agents selected by an authorized workspace administrator.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train a general-purpose AI model. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except when you request support and consent to access, when necessary to investigate abuse or a security incident, or when required by law.

Sharing and transfers

We share data only with service providers needed to operate AgentGuru, with Google as directed through its APIs, with parties you instruct us to work with, or when legally required. Service providers are required to protect the data and may use it only to deliver their services to us. We do not transfer Google user data for independent marketing or data-broker purposes.

Storage, security, and retention

OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We use tenant isolation, access controls, transport encryption, and audit logging to reduce unauthorized access. OAuth credentials are retained until the connection is removed or the associated workspace is deleted. Operational metadata and logs are retained only as needed for security, support, legal compliance, and service operation.

Your choices and deletion

A workspace administrator can disconnect Google from AgentGuru at any time. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, email son.tran@fronta.work. We will delete or de-identify eligible data unless retention is required by law or necessary for a documented security purpose.

Google API Services User Data Policy

AgentGuru's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
