Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AgentGuru, an AI agent service operated by Công ty TNHH FrontA ("FrontA"). By creating a workspace, connecting an account, or using AgentGuru, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

Authorized use

You may use AgentGuru for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your workspace members, agents, connected accounts, instructions, outputs, and for obtaining permissions required to process customer or employee data. You may not use the service for fraud, abuse, unauthorized surveillance, spam, security attacks, or infringement of another party's rights.

Connected services

When you connect Google Workspace or another third-party service, you authorize AgentGuru to act within the permissions you select. You remain responsible for reviewing agent access and important actions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently of us.

AI-assisted actions

AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review financial, legal, contractual, customer-facing, and other consequential actions before they are finalized. AgentGuru may expose approval controls, but those controls do not replace your organization's oversight obligations.

Security and access

Keep credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, or to comply with law. You may disconnect integrations and stop using the service at any time.

Service availability

Some AgentGuru functions and connected APIs may be beta, preview, or subject to third-party limits. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, AgentGuru is provided without implied warranties and FrontA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
